1.         The information on the pages that follow includes data gathered from an air quality monitoring network.  The network consists of sensors designed to detect hydrogen sulphide (H₂S) and sulphur dioxide (SO₂) and is intended to provide recent and near real-time data to residents who may be concerned about the air quality in their immediate area. Quality control and quality assurance of the data is not performed to ensure the availability of early warning emissions information for low to moderate levels of H₂S or SO₂.  The information provided herein only represents the data that has been collected from the sensors at their specific location and transmitted to the website.  The sensors are periodically checked for accuracy, however the sensors' accuracy, and the accuracy of the corresponding data, is not warranted or guaranteed.    Sensor readings can be misleading for many reasons, including variations in wind, atmospheric pressure, and other environmental conditions.  The sensors are also subject to disturbance which could render the data inaccurate due to debris or damage.   All data is preliminary and has been transmitted automatically without verification or review for quality assurance.  Subsequent quality assurance and verification procedures may occur within 24-48 hours as needed and may result in differences between what is currently displayed and what will become official record.  The entire risk in the use of and reliance upon the data is with the user of the data.

2.         GF/PSAMS makes no representations, warranties, or assurance as to the quality, accuracy, currency, or completeness of the data provided.  GF/PSAMS shall not be liable for any damages or injury resulting from your access to, or inability to access, the data, or from your immediate reliance on any data provided.  Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, all of the data is provided "As Is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.  It is the responsibility of all users of this website to independently confirm the accuracy of the data, information or results obtained through its’ use.

3.         GF/PSAMS shall not be responsible for the availability, suitability, reliability, usability, completeness or timeliness of the data or graphical depictions rendered from the data.

4.         In no event shall GF/PSAMS or its directors, officers, employees, contractors or agents be liable for anything arising from the use of the data or reliance thereon.
